By using Foxphoria ("the Bot"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Nature of AI Artwork

Foxphoria generates AI-based artwork that is inherently random in nature. Despite our best efforts to provide high-quality and useful images, the results are not guaranteed to meet specific expectations or requirements.

3. Use of Generated Artwork

You may use the AI-generated artwork produced by Foxphoria for both personal and commercial purposes. However, you acknowledge that the outputs are unpredictable, and you agree not to rely on them for critical or sensitive applications.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to Foxphoria, including but not limited to copyrights and trademarks, are the property of Foxphoria.

5. User Responsibility for Copyrighted Material

If you create or use copyrighted material through Foxphoria, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your usage complies with applicable copyright laws. Foxphoria is not liable for any infringement or misuse of copyrighted material by users. Additionally, it is possible for AI to generate artwork resembling copyrighted characters, and users must ensure that their use of such AI-generated art complies with local regulations and copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Foxphoria be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use Foxphoria, even if Foxphoria has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Content Responsibility

Foxphoria is not responsible for the content created by users using the Bot. Users are solely responsible for the content generated, and any legal or copyright issues arising from the use of Foxphoria.

8. Adult-Themed Artwork Disclaimer

Due to the inherent complexity and unpredictability of AI systems, Foxphoria may occasionally generate adult-themed or sensitive content, even without explicit user prompts. While proactive measures are in place to minimize such occurrences, they cannot be entirely eliminated.

By using Foxphoria, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or older. This age restriction is necessary because of the unpredictable nature of AI-generated content and the potential for encountering unintended adult-themed material. By proceeding, you expressly accept and assume this risk.

9. Foxbits (Bot Currency)

Foxbits, the currency used in Foxphoria, are non-exchangeable and non-transferable. They hold no monetary value as an asset. The price and availability of Foxbits can change without notice.

10. Changes to Terms

Foxphoria reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of Foxphoria after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
